MakeUp Revolution! Lipsticks.

Another post! Wow! This is a first for me. Three posts so far. Anyway to the post. So over Christmas (Yes I am still going through things and trying them out) I got some awesome lipsticks (or lip colours as some people call them), from two awesome friends. Now these are from Makeup Revolution, which is a sort of new brand that started in Superdrug. They are very pretty, bold colours, and they do also have others, which I shall have to try out at a later date.

The colours I was given are as follows:

Scandalous Lipstick Immoral

Vamp Collection Lipstick 100% Vamp

Scandalous Lipstick Depraved

Unicorns Unite Lipstick Legend

and Unicorns Unite Lipstick Magical.

Now they are all AMAZING names. I think that they describe them perfectly. At Christmas I tried out each colour. But never really got any pictures of them in their glory.

Here are the colours on my hand. So you can see how glorious the pigments are. I think the purples are probably my favourite.

As you can see, the colours are very interesting on my face. All bring out different tones in my face. The great thing about these lippys... I can use them for characters when I play dress up. :D Need a purple lipstick for a witch. Got it. Need a blackish one. Got that too. They are just awesome, and I know that they will not go unused. I will find ways to wear these. I am extremely thankful to the two people who got these for me. They are amazing, and thankfully they do share the passion for makeup with me. So I can expect to have some awesome makeup adventures with you guys. So... Now for Pros and Cons. As this is what this blog is supposed to be about. Pros: At a price of £1.00 each. They are a BARGIN!

The pigments are so strong, I could probably compare them to the pigments of Mac and Urban Decay.

Inventive names.

Cons: Some of the colours are sold out or they are no longer made.

Some of the colours washed me out, BUT I will just have to change makeup when wearing them. So have fun my lovely makeup lovers! And I shall see you guys again soon!
