SO here is another foodie Friday! Tonight I am going to talk about the most AMAZING choux buns I have EVER tasted. So as a run up to Christmas, Ely will be holding weekly evening festive markets. I went to one yesterday, and it was rather small, and quaint. There were a few food carts/stalls, and then a seating area, and a couple stalls with some handmade gifts.

Me and my partner went and had a look around, and we found the most amazing little van that makes choux buns. The van was called Choux Stopper, and they travel around the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire area.

In the window, there were little samples of all the flavours, that they were selling that evening. On the side, was this candlestick holder. Instead of candles, there was the four different choux buns.

They looked amazing, and the samples tasted soo good! We decided we would have one each, and I decided that I had to try the Salted Caramel one. As you may or may not know, I LOVE most things Salted Caramel. So having to choose between that and chocolate flavours, was no real contest.

They were freshly made there, and were larger than most choux buns. But they were so so so good, I literally cannot express just how good they were! Just... try them out.

I managed to take a photo before they were devoured.

I have to say, that being the first homemade versions, they were pretty on point, and I will highly recommend these people to anyone. The staff were kind, and despite it being cold, the sauces were warm and just what you wanted on a night like this.

Thank you for reading! And sorry I cannot share these beauties with you. Hopefully one day, I can.

Buh-Bye!
